Returns & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The item was purchased directly from morvexil.it.com.
• The return request is submitted within the specified return window.
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.

2. Time Limits for Returns

Standard return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges may not be available.

In case of defective or damaged items, you must notify MORVEXIL within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Return Request Process

1. Send a return request email to our support team with your order number.
2. Provide the reason for return and attach relevant photos if applicable.
3. Wait for confirmation and return authorization instructions.
4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Conditions & Inspection

All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival. Refund approval depends on product condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by MORVEXIL.

5. Exclusions

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
• Returns submitted after the specified timeframe.
